I've been so good about sticking to my meal plan!  Until tonight.... see that little "night snack?"  Two almonds?  I ate the whole bag.  It was a small bag, so maybe 300 calories at most.  And then I had a glass of homemade plum wine with ginger and mint (so good! but so sweet).  If only I had worked out today, but I just felt so lazy and hot, but I really don't have a good excuse.  At least I managed to clean out the closets.  Then I started thinking about homemade chocolate chip cookies... I went through a phase once where I was trying to find the best recipe.  I wonder how much weight I gained that winter?  Being overweight is no fun, but getting there sure can be... Except I suppose for the self-loathing after I've eaten all of the cookies in one sitting.

Tomorrow is Cheat Day, since I have two mealtime parties to attend.  I'm not concerned about the food, but I will try not to drink too much.
