A few weeks ago I wrote a blog making all sorts of wonderful promises and so far I have not kept them. I do great the first part of the week but then I get to Thursday and for whatever reason it falls apart. It's not really because of the weekend, I just lose control. I am in the last week of a game and am going to have a hard time making it.

I really want to focus on consistency and practicing self-control. Today I found a $10 Diet Bet 4 game so I joined it hoping it would get me back on track. I had wanted to join a DB4, I'm in a DB10 right now but I don't have a lot of money to spend on it. I had a $16 credit but most games are $25 or above. I know I could have started a game myself but I did not want to do that. Anyway, I jumped on the chance when I found the cheaper game today. I want to take the next 28 days and really focus on consistency in fact even though I'd love to lose the 4% I don't want to focus on the weight loss. I want to focus on doing what I know to do day in and day out for the next 28 days. I want to spend the next 28 days eating the calories I have committed to and doing the exercise I've committed to and getting the rest I know I need to get each night.

So, on your mark, get set, go! Let's be consistent!
