Okay well it's been about a week or slightly over since the dietbet has started. I weighed in this morning (after drinking some coffee and soymilk) and lost just about a pound so far.

 

Some progress, yet I know I need to recommit to my goals.

 

To finish the month strong I'll be working out today, tommarrow and the next day.
