Hey everyone!! Just posting today my strategy/plan for these diet bets.

 

~Write down intake and exercise every day (I really like doing this for the awareness, and it does help me be more mindful and notice patterns).

 

~Strive to eat healthier, cleaner, and moderate portions of hearty food.

 

~Exercise 5X a week (this one I really need to commit to, when I really got in shape working out 3 times a week was enough, yet for this challenge I'm aiming for 5X a week).

 

~Start recording how much water I drink and aim to have the needed amount (this one I really need to do also, as I think it's healthier and easy to dehydrate myself with my coffee habit)..

 

So that is what I'm doing! I'll post my end of week results and hopefully have made some signifigant progress! What are your strategies for the dietbet?
