This week has been difficult! It's hard to get out of habits. I'm a big girl for a reason and its because I love food. I made it this week without drinking any soda and Dr.pepper is my drug! I started getiing withdrawals for my favorite foods like I was a drug addict and all I can tell myself was to "SNAP OUT OF IT WOMAN!!! I don't want to fail on my first Dietbet. I'm glad my niece has offered to take me to her gym with her so I can get my exercise in. Hopefully next week will be better. I'm gonna try to stay postitve and keep it going. Wish me luck because I definitely need it! ;)
