So I have up and down days.  I had a very long work day and it was extremely busy.  I got out of work on time then I remember I forgot to do something that couldn't wait till morning, so I was 1/2 way home and turned around and go back.  Ugh.  So by the time I got home, made dinner and ate I did not want to work out.

After dinner I came on here and read all the posts and saw Ali's about posting on her facebook page and I wanted to enter to win.  So I got my motivation from all of you today.  I got my work out in.  Now its time to relax.  I am so glad you are all here, everyday you motivate me to either move more or just get moving.

We all need to find that thing that pushes us to get going and doing more.  YOU ALL are that for me. Thank you form the bottom of my heart. 

I also have to say that my fitbit also has a bit to play into it also.  I can't go to bed without getting my steps in, the guilt of letting myself down when I know I can do just a few more steps to finish off the day.

I am hoping that my motivation also comes with the desire to get fit and look good.  My body is starting to feel better just with the small amount I have lost.  I want a better quality life and I can't get that without getting healthy.

So think today where your motivation lies, if there is a person, group, or just a feeling inside you,  Thank them for the help and remember to thank yourself for wanting  a better life and pushing towards it.
