So I am seeing things changing in my body besides my clothing fitting better.  I have really cut my calories down and my appeitite is changing.  What I used to think of a snack is now a meal. I am not really craving the sweet or cruchy things.  I am craving things like fruit and different veggies.  When I do eat something I thought was one of my favorites in the past, like pizza, I find the grease and salt in it is way to much.  I can bend down and pick something up without having to crawl to a chair to help me up.  And so on and so on.

I had an issue come up today that I had to figure out what was wrong.  I was so busy at work this afternoon I almost forgot my afternoon snack. I went outside for my break and I was feeling really nauseous and light headed.  Everyone at work is getting sick and I started thinking, oh no I am going to get also, but then I came in sat down and remember I hadn't had my afternoon snack.  Once I ate it I felt fine. I realized I had let myself get to hungry and that was the nauseous feeling.  I have been hungry before but not like that.  It was a new feeling I don't want again.  Have to remember to eat when I need to.  Even when busy a few nuts or like today celery sticks with pb.

The other change is my feat are a little smaller, not quite as wide.  The new shoes I bought (which I never pay this much for shoes) which cost $80 are to big.  Not length wise but width.  I have been wearing wide shoes and now I think I can go down to regular or medium. 

It amazes me how much things are changing so quickly.  I have done diets in the past and things really never changed like this.  I do believe it all has to do with the correct mind set this time.  That I am not dieting now, I am changing my life.  I want to change and doing things like I did before didn't work and this time I know it work.

Excited to see what other changes are coming, even the not so great ones.  Change means I am moving forward,
