It looks like I've lost a lot of weight.  But in reality, when the bet started, my cycle was doing something weird and I added a couple of pounds.  Now that whatever that was is gone, it looks like I dropped 5 pounds.  There is no miracle here.  I'm still struggling to find time to exercise.  My exercise has been limited to racing my kids up the stairs in public (embarrasing, but my kids are having fun and we laugh at the top of the steps...so it's priceless) and walking when and where I can to handle the fifty million things I have to do.

Now, my mindset is to not lose another bet.  My goal is to lose 4 pounds MORE than required so that if I'm on my cycle again, I will still be ok.  I'm excited for the long weekend.  My kids are going to a camp, and I'll be able to do some things I can't do when they are here.  Here's to a great weekend.  (Chill on Valentine's Day chocolates)
