Be a finisher....I like this saying and have it posted several place...at home and at work to remind me to get it done!

this is my second game this year and I am going to keep doing these games until I meet my goal weight. The first game was easy because I had more weight to lose than now. Each game will get harder as I get leaner but it is my goal to minimally win the challenge.

i have been at this since Jan2. I am not doing any extremes tactics to lose the weight...just steady progress. 

This contest I have upped my strength training time in the gym as well as added 3 cardio sessions to my workout program. I continue to allow a cheat meal a week....however this week ai had 2 because of Valentine's Day. I am taking progress pics at least monthly and just took a few pics today. My current bikini pic is posted and ai will continue to take bikini pics to show my progress. 

If I am really craving something...like chocolate, I I'll eat that occasional candy bar without guilt. The main thing I am focusing on is consistency in my training and clean eating habits. From there, everything else will take care of itself.

i have been there done that in getting lean, so I know what to do...which is a good thing. I hope I can help others reach their goal as well.
