My name is Tessa and this is my first dietbet. I'm very excited because I love Greatist (the host of the "game" I've joined) and I also like money for doing things that I should be doing already :P.
I have a hard time using food trackers like myfitnesspal because I feel like it takes a lot of work to input every little thing I put in my mouth (how much, what brand, how was it prepared, blah blah blah). So I'm going to just keep a list of what I ate, why I ate it and maybe how it made me feel. Let's see how long I can keep this up... My goal is to practice intuitive eating whenever possible.
Breakfast: This breakfast was the best because I had oatmeal out of the nearly empty peanut butter jar. 1/2 cup quick oats, peanut butter, splash of milk, chia seeds, cinnamon. + banana
DELICIOUS
Lunch: gala apple, Trader Joe's Field Fresh Chopped Salad with Grilled White Chicken.
I love this salad so much! It's kind of hard to stir everything together, but it has a lot of different and fun textures and flavors. Sadly, it's currently 2:20 and I'm hungry again.
Snack: I'm trying not to buy snacks/anything at the work cafeteria or vending machines so I had a couple of bites of a future lunch- the falafel wrap from Trader Joe's! This is a very TJ day, indeed. I didn't dip the wrap in the tahini sauce because I didn't want to open the container and then have to somehow reseal it safely for the future lunch. My 2 bites were kind of dry as a result.
Dinner: Leftover enchilada casserole and a sugar free kirkland flavored sparkling water.
This is a really awesome dish that my boyfriend made yesterday. He found it on the internet, of course.
Workout: A dial-it-in workout because it was almost 10pm when I started! 20 mins of intervals on a stationary bike while I read my kindle and about 15 burpees. Random!
