Breakfast: strawberry greek yogurt

Snack: the rest of my Noodles & Co BBQ chicken sandwich

Lunch: 1 slice of pepperoni pizza

Workout: 2 mile run home from work

Snack: 4 thin mints, 4 hi chews (4 is my favorite number! :P)

Dinner: Newman's own chicken + broccoli skillet meal with some brown rice

I went to a basketball game last night (go Trailblazers!) and didn't feel the need to eat pricey french fries or drink extremely pricey beer. Happy almost Friday!!
