Happy Tuesday! We're about halfway through the Greatist Dietbet and I just joined the Transformer that starts on the 4th. I'm very excited to keep this going!!

Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter, splash of milk, chia seeds, cinnamon.

Lunch: spaghetti o's (bringing me back into my childhood!), sugar snap peas w/ edamame hummus

Snack: larabar, angry orchard hard cider (consumed after work!)

Workout: many machines! 10 mins on the stairmaster, 10 mins on stationary bike, 5 mins backwards elliptical, 5 mins wave machine (that one is pretty fancy and cool! It basically mimics cross country skiing)

Dinner: falafel pita wrap w/hummus, sprouts, spinach, peppers, onions, feta cheese. YUM.
