Day 2! 

Breakfast: 2 frozen homestyle waffles, some real maple syrup, handful of raspberries

This was a very photogenic and delicious breakfast! It's probably not enough protein, though, so I'll need more food shortly.

Snack: gala apple 

Lunch: Trader Joe's (my last TJ's lunch for awhile boo) Crispy Chicken Salad. 

I forget the full name of this salad, but it was decent. Chicken, greens, crispy sticks, savory dressing. 

Snack: Skout bar

This was out of the "healthy" vending machine. I need to get more larabars!!

Dinner: New Seasons salami ficelle: salami, cheese, tomato on bread. 

I am quick to tell anyone that I hate tomatoes, and I didn't know that this sandwich had them until I was halfway done with it :P. 

Workout: 2 rounds each circuit of this http://greatist.com/fitness/25-must-try-medicine-ball-exercises (scroll down for workout) with an 8# ball, 50 bodyweight squats at the end.
