Bedtime snack last night: Bowl of French Toast Crunch and milk
I'm so stoked that this cereal is back from the 90s! My stomach was rumbling right before bed so I had to eat or I wouldn't sleep :P.
Breakfast: Strawberry greek yogurt, some raspberries
I have a bit of pain in the back of my throat so it hurts to swallow right now. Let's hope it goes away.
Lunch: Ate the last of the enchilada casserole, flavored sparkling water.
Still delicous! I'm going to aim for a sparkling water every other day next week- I don't want to become dependent on them as a replacement for coke. I have abstained from coke for the whole work week and have only bought one thing at work so I'm very happy :).
Snack: fruit leather, almonds

Very hungry as I waited for boyfriend to get home and eat dinner with me. Hit the spot!
Dinner 2: Butternut squash ravioli w/parmesan
Post-dinner entertaining: 1 lemon poppyseed minimuffin, glass of pinot gris
Great! I could have easily eaten several muffins and other snacks that we have around the house. No workout today, but I've been pleased with my fitbit steps this week. I definitely believe in a few "chill out" meals every week, so I won't post about tomorrow's dinner or Sunday's brunch. I'll workout on Sunday to kickstart the next week. Happy weekend!!
