Good for you on being able to get the exercise down. I have the opposite problem. My nutrition is on point, but I can't seem to manage the fitness part. With my husband and family, I am definitely more active than I used to be, but I resist truly working out/sweating. I wish that I had something inside of me that would "click". How did you find the dedication to work out? I don't know if it would help you, but I'll tell you what one thing that helped my dieting... I quit drinking sugary (or sugar substitute) drinks. It was one of the HARDEST things that I've ever done, but I did it. Believe me when I tell you, if I can quit drinking soda, anyone can. Quitting soda has drastically affected my appetite and mood... for the better!Hope that helps. Keep up the good work!

Here's a suggestion: Try finding an exercise which you actually ENJOY, i.e. Zumba or walking with a buddy. I have a walking buddy and it makes our daily four-mile walks go by SO quickly because we talk and have a lot in common! Keep up the good work with your nutrition (THAT'S where I have issues). :)
