Ok, so i have 9 days to go.  

Week one was great.  I was motivated, I felt great.

Week two and three not so much, but I have definitely made progress.

Week 4... I need a plan and motivation. 

There are a few things that have been particularly challenging to me including: 

1. consitantly drinking water

2. consistantly go to bed early enough

3. mid afternoon slump... not blowing my eating plan.  

 

So what do I need to be successful?

1.  A 1L waterbottle that I can fill twice/day, plus lemons to throw in.  

2.  Organization: maybe during that mid day slump I can start to organize for the next day so I go to bed earlier. 

3. Commitment to do blogilates routine for at least 10 minutes after lunch every day to re-energize/motivate myself.  

4. Meal planning on Saturday, veggie chopping on Sunday, steel cut oats and quinoa salad cooking monday morning!  I'd like to get into this routine ongoing!

Motivation: I'm going to book a haircut for next week as a reward.  I'm going to sell some items on our local buy/sell trading post site and book myself a shopping date with the proceeds!!!

I'm going to ask my sister to hold me accountable.
