Workout: 2 miles of running without stopping. Yay! 

Breakfast: Strawberry greek yogurt, piece of toast w/butter

Lunch: apple, raspberry sparkling water, leftover chicken quinoa broccoli casserole

Delicious! I have to remember to try and have fewer sparkling waters this week, so just water or tea at lunch tomorrow.

Snack: 2 fun size crunch bars, almonds

I don't think that I brought enough leftovers for lunch. The crunch bar/almond combo hit the spot. 

Dinner: Potstickers, stir fry veggies, brown rice

I came home at 8pm sooooo hungry and my boyfriend was keeping my dinner warm. A very nice surprise.
