Yesterday was a long day. It's been utterly freezing here, negative temperatures for weeks, and it's starting to wear on me.  Everyone is hibernating and getting cozy with some comfort food while I'm eating clean and trekking to the gym. I'm really proud to stay on track and I definitely feel pretty good from being so healthy, so I'm grateful not to feel sluggish from binging on whatever heavy food.  I also should have planned better and gotten a winter boyfriend, my apartment is cold and it just makes me want to eat more! I definitely did eat more today but I think it was warranted after an intense workout and long periods of walking in -5 degrees.  Of course today of all days was when the rail on my subway line broke down, so I had to walk an extra half hour in the cold!  I'm fine though, feeling better today, just need some yoga to stretch out and warm up and feel lighter.
