Breakfast: oatmeal with milk, chia seeds, and maple almond butter 

Lunch: leftover casserole/bake, apple

I didn't drink a flavored sparkling water! The leftovers were still great, but I think my boyfriend will get the last serving. 

Snack: fruit leather, almonds, random mints found in my work desk drawer

Yummy mints! I think they were in my Christmas stocking. 

Dinner: Yerba Mate drink (raspberry!), yakisoba noodles with chicken and sesame seeds.

Grocery store dinner since I am volunteering tonight. Easy and delicous. 

Workout: GWOD: Tabata of burpees, situps, flutter kicks.
