Day 8!! I'm glad that I'm sticking with this documentation thing.

Workout: 2 mile run! I chose a flat route so I could run faster :).

Breakfast: French toast crunch cereal with milk.

No regrets! :P

Lunch: vegetable lentil soup, apple, ancient grains crackers, raspberry sparkling water

Snack: almonds, a few annie's fruit snacks, sweetheart candies

Mental note: those sweetheard candies are not very good. Pass on them next time.

Dinner: 4-piece chicken tenders with some ketchup and honey mustard sauce. Stole a few fries from the bf. 

Overall, not the absolute healthiest that I could have eaten. Really, though, I don't care about perfection. It's about recognizing what makes me feel well nourished and taking care of my body through regular exercise.
