Day 7: I don't know what I'm doing...The hunger is...messed up?

I get that feeling some days. Try adding more water. It seems like when I am doing really well with the pounds coming off, the next week I feel like I have a bottomless pit. You have to be strong. Try finding other things to do. Boredom plays a big part in it. Hope this help. Just more it one meal, one step and one day at a time.

I know! I was doing so well on sunday and monday, then all of a sudden, the "munchies" started to overwhelm me for the next few days! I don't know what was up with that. And yep, I do start mindlessly eating when I'm bored, too. I'll probably have to distract myself with painting my nails or something. Thanks!
