I am having one of those days when my energy level feels like it is through the roof!! I feel good, I feel lighter, I am really enjoying this feeling!!

 

Last night I spent a few hours going through my workout DVDs that I have collected of the years. YES YEARS! I think I have found a program that I am willing to take head on!! The Biggest Loser has several dvds out and I bought some of them. I do love the trainers!! I took a look at one of the programs and I decided I could do it for the 6 to 8 weeks. I have decided to use the cardio max and the scuplt max program. They are 35 min for the first 2 weeks and then you bump up about 10 mins for the next 2 weeks. I think this with my hour long aerobics twice a week I should see the scale drop and the energy level soar!! I am so ready for these chagnes!!

 

YES this is my Spring to "make" myself over!! LET'S ROCK OUR WORLDS!!!
