So it has been a historic winter of snow and cold in Boston and I felt stuck, ALOT!  And - bottom line - I ate ALOT and didn't move enough!  I fed bouts of winter colds & flu, blue moods and EXCUSES!  I've gained way too many pounds back and it is time to stop the slide and to take things in the right direction with a new Dietbet!

It was perfect timing to see Jillian's new Spring DietBet because her April 2014 Ripped in 30 DietBet started me on my weightloss journey last year!  I ended the year at goal weight and now I have to do the work (physical & psychological) to get back there and to remain - to truly exist - there!

So far in 2015, I haven't been using all the tools that I'd embraced during my 8 months of Dietbets last year in the quest to "Eat, Drink & be Skinny" (had lots of help from the EDBS Dietbets last year) and I haven't been facing the scale.  I couldn't believe what i saw when I got on the scale this morning and I'm determined to get back on track!

I haven't been doing my Jillian Michaels workouts that were my staple for the 8 months - not getting that 3-5 times a week of sweat in - and I simply have to - that is clear!

I haven't been drinking enough water, I haven't been eating consciously enough and those little treats that i'd give myself occasionlly became a daily affair.  It adds up, clearly!

SO, I need to get my butt up and moving and to make the little and large changes that also add up!   

Calories in and Calories out, simple math!  I just need to do the work and to stay conscious, present and motivated!  

Time to shake off the snow and to wake the heart of a lion!
