Well, mostly healthy. Ok, I eat healthy. AND then I eat everything else. I think the biggest lie over the years is when I've looked at the dietician/doctor and say "I don't understand why I'm not losing weight" and they conquer. ...because I tell them how many vegetables I eat, the great lean protein, good fats - but then the 5 large cookies that sneak into my mouth daily seem to slip my mind. Oh and the icecream. Aaaaaaand that fancy drink from the coffee shop. Eating well, in my opnion, is about facing yourself with honesty. What am I actually eating? When am I eating? Why am I eating? Try it. It's scary and worth it.

Sign in to CommentThat's totally me. Eating healthy but either way too much (of the healthy stuff) or the healthy stuff plus X (X usually not being so healthy ^^). So I forced myself to write down everything I eat. It's always more than you think. Good luck to you. :)

I totally agree with you about the honesty, and that it's tough! It's so hard to stop yourself sometimes though isn't it? I have a little girl, and I have to try so hard not to eat the perfectly good leftovers on her plate... It's almost impulsive, like I don't notice at first. And when I do realise, I have to physically restrain myself from doing it!
