I totally agree with you about the honesty, and that it's tough! It's so hard to stop yourself sometimes though isn't it? I have a little girl, and I have to try so hard not to eat the perfectly good leftovers on her plate... It's almost impulsive, like I don't notice at first. And when I do realise, I have to physically restrain myself from doing it!

That's totally me. Eating healthy but either way too much (of the healthy stuff) or the healthy stuff plus X (X usually not being so healthy ^^). So I forced myself to write down everything I eat. It's always more than you think. Good luck to you. :)
