Wow, good job not letting that incident get you down too much (and turning it into a work out). I had something similar happen to me today, but I did let it affect a good portion of my day. I just got frustrated over something I shouldn't have. Your school sounds really interesting too!

Thanks! Don't worry too much about how you could've done better. You did what you had to do, and there's always days ahead of you when you could do better. Don't you just hate it when you that anger consumes you though? It makes it feel like the entire world is against you, but honestly there are so many more days ahead when you could slowly improve yourself on how you deal with stress. :)
