Last week was not a good week. I am determined that this will be better. I decided to hit the gym thirty minutes a day, all five of the work weekdays. My gym is in the city center. I can't get motivation to go unless I bring my clothes with me to work.

So far so good. Today was day three. Sleeping well at night because I go to bed worn out. Still working through the myfitnesspal app. It gives me a better idea of what's going on with my nutrition. I am ALL out of wack. I'm glad I know that now. It just makes me wonder how much weight I would have lost if I'd gotten a better hold of what I eat sooner.
