Today my desire is to eat more veggies, at least three servings and to do at the least 30 minutes of exercise.. I have been pretty much a couch potatoe here lately and I am pushing myself to go out today... I'm ready, let's go..

My goal was at least 30 minutes of movement on the treadmill and bike combined, I did 55 minutes, 25 of those minutes I really pushed myself, no excuses... I feel good. I went to the library and got a few self help motivational reads.. I am a clock watcher/ minute counter. Having something to read helps the time to pass. And I needed just a lil mo time wit Jesus anyway today.
