My scale is an A$$hole and I want a divorce

I get sooo frustrated with that stupid machine too!!! You notice differences in yourself... the machine has an evil hold on you and I feel like I failed. What I have been trying to get in to my head is that what counts is how you feel and how your close fit. Take measurements of yourself too. I have also purchased a body fat analyzer that is helpful. I try to go by all of this instead of what is on the scale. You are doing great! Just try to remember... The machine in not our friend, it is going to try to mess with your head. Fitting close, feeling good losing inches is what counts. The machine is just a minor tool to utilize accomplishments. But seriously I feel you on this! I still get frustrated at the pesky numbers on the machine... Gotta clear the mind and look at the clothes. Best wishes to you! You are doing great!
