6 days to vacation

3 days to the end of my DB4. Not looking good. Despite my unflagging effort of the past couple of weeks, I'm having trouble getting over my slow start, and this last week my weight has been up one day, down the next. Wierd. Today was an up day, so maybe a big down tomorrow. We shall see.

 

To the topic of my post. My go-to drink has always been rum and diet. I have given up aspartame, and now I really don't like the way it makes me feel. I've switched to red wine, but that's not delicous on a hot day. So, what to drink on vacation (because I will drink) that will be kind to my calorie count? Thoughts? Suggestions?
