Well, my terrible cravings are back. Ugh, this sucks. I struggle with compulsive overeating and when that urge to eat junk food comes, it is so hard to fight back. I gave in once, last night. But I didn't binge. Today I've eaten quite lightly and just went on a walk. If I get hungry this evening, I'm only going to eat fruit. I know I just need to wait this out again. I'm extremely committed to getting healthy and don't want to mess up. 

The last couple of days I've eaten lots of veggies. I should drink more water, maybe that will help. Again, if anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it!

Oh yeah, I've currently eaten 4 WW points over my daily intake and have no weeklies left. I hate seeing the negative sign in my app. If I exercise, those points will balance out any negatives I have. SOO I need to burn off 4 points by Friday. This is quite doable as that would be about a 40 minute walk for me (I'm quite a slow walker). But doable is a lot different than actually doing it. If anyone wants to be my buddy, we could text/message each other when we're feeling weak and need some encouragement and strength. Let me know!

Anyway, it helps to name tangible goals. So my goals are that by Friday I will...

  • Balance out those 4 negative points
  • Not eat any fast food
  • See that I've lost 2 lbs. this week
