Another great article! With the "P" I think many people have trouble knowing when they are full, though not to the extreme related in the article. I remember when I was a kid, never really feeling full until I had a large amount of food. As an adult it was the same thing. I have found using small plates a great way to combat this. I have my full small plate meal and I am satisfied and comfortable. If there was more on the plate I would eat it!

I think that many of us aren't taught to sense the difference between "comfortably full" and "outright stuffed." What's more (and I may write on this in a later post), learning how to be present with your food while you're eating it and giving it time to settle can help prevent overeating in addition to smaller plate sizes.
