Have been suffering with massive hunger after work. Not just little twangs, but things that made all my evening thoughts about food...which I don't like. So I switched the ORDER of what I was eating the past few days. It has made all the difference for me.


Was eating a salad w/ salmon for lunch and then a veggie / protien / healthy grain carb for dinner.


Switched that to have the grain carb at lunch, greek yogurt for afternoon snack, and a salad for dinner.

Made all the difference. Who knew? I am now going to bed not feeling full (bloatie, I mean), but satiated. 

Gooooo body! Food is not a place to stuff my emotions. Food is fuel.
