I think I'm only half commited to losing weight half the time. The other half of the time I'm fully commited. Haha 

I don't know what to think about that, or really even what to do about it. I am really glad that I realized this. I figure being on average 3/4 commited will get me to my goal, but not very quickly. If I can increase my dedication level I might actually win more diet bets! That would be nice. 

Usually I ramble on with rather long blogs yet today I'm just thinking "Hmm. Well then."   

I can do this. I have healthy habits. I'm in a happy place in life right now. I CAN do this...
