Some of my previous blogs have focused on a suggestion I found on Jillian Michaels website to get 1 hour of high intensity (85% or max heart rate) of exercise 5 times a week in an effort to burn off that troublesome hard to loose fat.

Week #1 and #2 have gone splendidly and I managed to get workouts with that intensity level at least 3 days a week.  This weekend I was rewarded by blowing away the scale and winning one of my Kickstarter dietbets with over a pound to spare.

The results are far from scientific proof and everyone's results will vary.  But I've decided to keep it up for a few more weeks to see if I can't crush the scale and win my other dietbets which are coming due.

Today starts week #3 with huge statistic:

69 minutes of high intensity training in 3 hours of workout

2400+ Calories burned
