My book has been teaching about cues. Whenever we have a good intention we are working on, we should surround ourselves in cues to help accomplish the good intention. The cue can be positive or negative.

So here we go!! The good intention I am going to tackle is going to my crossfit class! My cue will be my Easter jelly belly I will tape to my car dashboard. Then when I leave work, I will be reminded to go and work off that jelly belly
