Good Intentions- Day 3

Today, Saturday and Sunday will present challenges.

I habitually take a LOA from all Good on the weekends. I forget all the progress I have obtained during the week and throw caution to the wind! Until Monday morning arrives I either start at square 1 or toss the good intentions aside on the pile.

So this is my promise to post Saturday and Sunday and arrive Monday morning with my good intentions journey intact.

I used to be the same way. Now that I'm not, it's a huge difference on the scale. Instead of looking at the weekend as a chance to "indulge," I now look at it as a chance to exceed my step goals. I think that helps me a lot, because I walk outside, normally around our local high school grounds, because nobody is around. I walk. And walk. And walk. And you know what? If you're outside walking a bunch you can't be inside eating. And by the time you get home from all that walking, you are feeling too motivated to blow it. So maybe if you could find new intentions to replace the bad ones?
