I am not much of a writer but decided to keep this journal to help keep me accountable. It would serve as something that I can always fall back to when I feel discouraged during my journey.
I know it is not going to be easy but I know it is going to be well worth it cos I would be fitter, heathier and even happier. I wanna prove to myself that I can do whatever I set my mind to do.
I'll try out different things with exercise and even diet but I want it to be fun so that it doesn't get boring. This is going to be a life long journey so spicing it up would definitely help.
Swimming, hiking, running, jogging, cycling, bball, volley ball, badminton, tennis, and even a marathon are all lined up but hey, one step at a time.
I hold me responsoble for how I treat my body so I wanna treat it right cos it is the only one I have and now is a good time as any to create the change I want.
Dont't forget to surround yourself with positivity cos negativity would only hinder you.
