Ok, so day 3 of eating well (my longest streak since I got back form vacation 2 weeks ago...) and I'm starting to feel the benefits. Phew. Seriously, the first couple of days I'm just looking for the next hit to bring me back from my sugar-induced low. It feels really nice to be breaking that cycle.
Also, second run to work this week! All the wins ;-)
That is all. Now to wait for the scale to catch up with my efforts.
