The past month has been rough. I've been working out 4x a week taking an Aquafit class, and 2x a week taking a light curcuit training class while eating well. Amazingly, my weight did not drop once in a month. My doctor said not to get down, and at some point my weight will have a large sudden drop. Thank goodness she was correct! I've dropped 5 pounds in the last week and a half. Hopefully, these results will continue!!!
