The past month has been rough. I've been working out 4x a week taking an Aquafit class, and 2x a week taking a light curcuit training class while eating well. Amazingly, my weight did not drop once in a month. My doctor said not to get down, and at some point my weight will have a large sudden drop. Thank goodness she was correct! I've dropped 5 pounds in the last week and a half. Hopefully, these results will continue!!!

I was the same way when I first started this journey I ate healthy exercised 2 times a day 6 days a week and nothing!! I wanted to just give up every single day telling myself why I'm I doing this? Maybe I'm just meant to be the fat girl ???? but I kept pushing and pushing I'm now 3 months into this and I'm down 30lbs and fitting into clothes that I haven't worn in years!!!!! So did give up it takes time but you will get there!!!!!
yep, mine comes off in bumps like that, but i have to say that being patient and making good choices and staying motivated is so hard, even though i know it will happen, eventually...
