Weekly goals are a great way to move forward with your over-all goals. It's easy to overcommit. I read that goals should be attainable. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time, meaning you have one big goal, and break it down into attainable shorter goals. I wish you well this next month.

Thanks so much Sally! I love the analogy. I too believe hugely into breaking large overwhelming goals down into smaller attainable chunks in order to reach the end goal over time while celebrating small victories along the way!
