hi Savi, in terms of food, i'm not able to tweak much since i'm EBF my baby. I'm having normal food, muesli/porridge/eggs with toasted bread in the mornings, rice with vegetables/chicken/fish in the afternoon, chapathi with vegetables in the night, try having digestive biscuits during snack time with tea.
