Getting ready and trying to eat healthy whenever I can!  Had plan greek yogurt with fresh pineapple, Truvia and flax seed for breakfast.  Also a piece of crunchy toasted Ezekial bread (yum).  Then a pumpkin and vanilla protein shake, blended with 2 TBLS canned organic pumpkin, almond milk, 1/3 of banana, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice - oh, and fiber boost powder... very filling - good to go!

Dinner?  No one felt like cooking, so the kids ran to Chipotle and I oven roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower - olive oil, sea salt, pepper, crushed garlic.  Really hit the spot!  

DYING without my spin and running - did something to my knee three weeks ago and just have to lay off but... like I said, it's killing me not being able to sweat it out on a daily basis.  Also, my head needs it :)  MRI today, back to doctor Wednesday - will see what he says.  

Raining now.... we need the rain.  And the cold.  So ... we can have SNOW!  and hopefully, a white Christmas!
