LOL!  Too much eating, too much drinking, not enough exercise, not enough sleep, body feeling bloated, end of December weather still too balmy for my taste, need a COLD snap to make it right :)  SOOOOO everything feels slightly 'bleh!'...

The World has a way of balancing all these feelings ... and it's called ... THE NEW YEAR and NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS!  

I'm not big on making firm, grandiose resolutions that are too hard to keep and after the first slip-up with a cup of coffee, glass of wine,  slice of pizza or cookie, you throw in the towel... but rather, a mindshift like 'ok, it's time to clean it up again, get back on track, eliminate as many inflammatory triggers, eat more clean, lean, fruit, veggies, proteins, water, tea... AND move it!  

So... there are plenty of resources out there to figure that part of it out, this GROUP is all about teaming up with friends and family and trying to stay on track for the first 28 days of the new year.
