Last week has been about reflection and thinking. This DietBet is a short-term challenge, but it is also a way to finally take the time to find long-term answers.

I have lost 1.2% this week, just by changing a few habits that I had and I am so happy!

This week will be about encouraging the changes and working through.

This week I have decided to work out every day, even if it is just for 10 minutes, even if I don't do high intensity every day (doing stretch or yoga for beginners could be also great), because I need to create a habit. I have also bought some magnets to put on my fridge, so I can write what food I have and what to buy, to never run out of what I need and to avoid snacking on junk food. I have also bought some herbal teas and stuff like that to help me with my sleep and ernegy (I feel very tired in the morning, but I feel super energized at 6 p.m.). I am also working on my organization.

Three new changes and habits that I hope will help me to reach my goals :)

If we change nothing, nothing will change :)
