Planning is work too! Great that you found a printable. :) Maybe even instead of your next workout time you can take time to plan what you will do next time you feel how you did this morning. What will you eat for a healthy breakfast next time? Do you have something handy or do you need to grab it from the store? What will you do if you think your workout will be too loud? Do you have a quick 10-15 minute body weight routine you can do quietly on a yoga mat or towel (squats, lunges, planks, etc.)? There have been quite a few scientific studies recently that say that making decisions is an exhausting process (as you felt today) and so you need to give yourself quick easy pre-set options the next time you're at a cross roads. You can do this!

Planning and prepping are so important for me, if I have time to think, I talk myself out of exercising/eating right. For exercise, I prep by sleeping in work out clothes and picking out my clothes for the day the night before. In the morning, it's basically brush my teeth, go work out, shower and change into the outfit I picked. I've been a little off the past couple days, not cooking what I'd planned and not deciding what to do during my workout the night before. Today, I'm going to prep my food for tomorrow and plan my work out before I go to sleep.

I too struggle with an "All or Nothing attitude". I constantly try to remind myself that, "It's not about perfection - it's about progress". I love how positive everyone on Dietbet is and I hope that together we can help each other celebrate our little (but important) accomplishments.
