How I gained weight while exercising (and started dieting to fix it)

I loved your blog! Like you, I too would exercise heavily and eat once (rarely twice) a day as my main meal. It happened to be calorie and protein dense, leading to a major bulking period that astounded me. Gone are the days of protein bar supplementation! I look forward to the anti-inflammatory and slimming effects this will have. :)
