The fact that if you eat less calories that you burn is the physical, easy part of weight loss. What I have trouble with is the mind part, the chemical reaction my brain has towards food. If I could win the arguments with my brain I would have this weight control in the bag. The fact is, there are changes that occur in your brain before and after you eat that are so convincing and powerful that 90% of the time I succumb to them. So, I guess the most important thing FOR ME is to work on my will power strength. I have to say at this point it has proven to be fairly weak…that’s why I’m here.
