Good Evening Diet Bet Nation!  Day 15 - We are now closer to the end than we are to the beginning!   

I love how the first week of a school semester is all fun and games, and then, BAM, second week of the semester, you no longer have a life because you should be keeping up with homework, projects, and presentations etc.  

I made a plan that I was not going to procrastinate anymore - such as, break down my studying by doing homework everyday and try to complete assignments days before they were due.  This plan did not happen with an assignment that was due at noon today - and so, I had to wake up at 6 am this morning to start it and finished it at 11:45 am - 15 minutes before it was due.  :face palm:  

I still completed the assignment on time, I did a great job with it, but the amount of stress I put on myself through procrastinating is not healthy!  Plus, this level of stress is the reason why I have not completed T25 yet, becuase I would be too overwhelmed at school, and I thought the easiest solution was cutting T25.       

I have another assignment due tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 pm.  My usual self would save this assignment for tomorrow morning, but I have already started the assignment, and after this blog, I am going to work on it as much as I can before I go to sleep tonight.  "Every present moment is a change to turn everything around," and this is the last assignment I am going to procrastinate.  

I am slowly starting to realize that this journey is not only about weight loss.  It is also connected to my everyday life and mental health.  If I am overwhelmed and unhealthy in one area of my life, such as being stressed about school, the other areas in my life are affected too.  

Balance.
