Happy STATurday Diet Bet Nation!  

Here are my STATS for Week 3 of the Diet Bet!  

Weight:  173

Chest:  35.5

Waist:  26.5

Arms:  11

Thighs:  22.5

My stats are exactly the same as last week.  I'm actually really happy with the lack of change in my stats because my weight did a little cha-cha during the week.  After last Saturday, I gained 3 pounds, but now I'm back to 173!  1 pound away from my Diet Bet Goal.  

My goal for this week is to completely turn up the intesnity in my healthy lifestyle!  This is the last week of the Diet Bet, and my last week of T25 Alpha and I want to end both programs going out swinging!!  So my challenge for this week is to nail every workout in T25, drink a gallon of water a day, and I'm not treating myself to one beer this week - I'll celebrate with one beer after my final weigh in!  

Only 1 pound left to lose! Though it seems like nothing, there is still no guarantee that I will lose this one poundl.  I could maintain again this week despite all of my hardwork.  But even if I maintain and not get my $30 back from the Diet Bet, atleast I know that I worked as hard I could to reach 172!
